Frequently asked questions
How do I get back to my car after landing?
After collecting your luggage, go to zone 5 on the departures level and call +36 20 265 3885. The bus takes you back to your car. The number is answered 24 hours a day.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Online bookings can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the parking starts.
How early should I arrive at the car park?
Arrive 10–15 minutes before you plan to leave for the terminal. That covers moving your luggage and the 6–8 minute shuttle ride.
Do I have to leave my key?
You may leave it at the office. For stays longer than 2 weeks it is required, so we can move the car within the closed area if needed.
